Join David for a full-body workout. Do as much or as as little as you can as he explains how the various exercises help you in your daily movement. David is a NASM-certified personal trainer and holds a certification in Senior Fitness. He also specializes in Parkinson's Wellness Recovery programs from PWR4LIFE.

His business focuses on Mature Adults. He leads individual and group training for all ages and works with people with various conditions, such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease. David also teaches in the Arts & Science department for the past 16 years as part-time Faculty for Columbia College in Chicago, IL.
