History | From Jim Crow to Justice: The Civil Rights in the 1950s w/ Steve M.

This class is the first of a series that traces the civil rights movement in America. This class will focus on key events that changed the country in the 1950s.

Steve has been teaching American History with VSC since 2018. He has had a varied career as a lawyer, Peace Corps Volunteer, and educator. He taught high school social studies in New York City and retired in 2023 from working in administration with the NYC Department of Education, working with high schools in the Bronx. Steve is married with two grown sons, two dogs, and three cats!
