Eric Hausman is the HIICAP Outreach Volunteer Manager at the NYC Department for the Aging. He provides training and technical assistance to the HIICAP volunteer counselors who help answer questions for people with Medicare. Eric has conducted hundreds of Medicare presentations and training sessions since 1998. He loves to speak with people about Medicare.
