Join Brandon to learn about Google Docs. Google Docs is a text editing application used on the web. In this workshop, we will cover the basics of using a text editor, as well as focus on how to use the cloud-based features of Google Docs to easily share and edit documents on multiple devices and with multiple people.
Brandon Lincoln Snyder is a composer based in New York City. His works often deal with constrained movement and (over)saturated sound. The SWR Vokalensemble, Line Upon Line, Ensemble Aventure, and Faint Noise have performed their music at institutions including IRCAM, Impuls, MATA, The Jack Straw Cultural Center, and Downbeat Magazine.
He holds a master's in composition from the Stuttgart State Music Conservatory, where he studied with Martin Schüttler. He has a bachelor's in music from Harvard University, where he studied with Chaya Czernowin, Steven Kazuo Takasugi, Vijay Iyer, and Claire Chase. He is the founding director of Browser, a festival for web-based sound art, and he currently teaches music and media technology at the New York Public Library.
