Arts and Healing's Project Unlonely recently released their 9th season of online videos which address loneliness and how people of all ages find ways to add social interactions to their lives.

We will watch and discuss three videos from the collection (over 30 are available to watch), adding our own experiences on how we find ways to make new friends and maintain those we already have.

Norman Reiss is a long-time VSC facilitator, presenting many issues relevant to older adults. Recently retired, Norman also helps others to find satisfaction in life after work.
