This class will offer steps we can take to alleviate "SAD" symptoms & prevent them from interfering with our daily lives.
Callie received her certificate in Positive Psychology in 2017. During the pandemic, she began hosting online workshops and presentations for individuals and small groups. She is a NYC native, a graduate of CUNY, and a media professional. Sheβs also a lifelong learner interested in growth & transformation and passionate about helping others find ways to positively improve their everyday lives.
