In this class, we’ll explore various meditation styles, such as mindful breathing, open awareness, and guided meditation, including their benefits corresponding to different mindsets and needs. Along the way, we'll learn about the unique benefits each technique offers. We’ll conclude with a 10-minute guided meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed.
Sam Vattigunta is a third-year undergraduate student at Stonybrook University. She is majoring in Biology on the pre-med track and hopes to become a pediatrician. She grew up watching her parents practice meditation every day and has experienced the benefits so she’s interested in sharing with you as well!
