At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our health. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline.

Alzheimer's Association Long Island Chapter: Across Nassau and Suffolk County, the Alzheimer's Association Long Island Chapter is here to help families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and those living with the disease. We provide education and support, advocate for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia, and advance critical research to develop new treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
