Anna DiMaggio is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in nutrition for older adults and offers evidence-based, easy-to-understand nutrition and general health information and LIVE cooking workshops. Her true passion lies in understanding the interconnectedness of Food as Fuel and Medicine, & how that relates to Chronic Diseases. Her mission is to empower Older Adults with the knowledge, motivation, & kitchen skills that help them live their happiest and healthiest Life.
