In this class, we’ll explore various meditation styles, such as mindful breathing, open awareness, and guided meditation, including their benefits corresponding to different mindsets and needs. Along the way, we'll learn about each technique's unique benefits. We’ll conclude with a 10-minute guided meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed.
Sam Vattigunta is a third-year undergraduate student at Stonybrook University. She is majoring in biology and is on the pre-med track, and hopes to become a pediatrician. She grew up watching her parents practice meditation daily and has experienced the benefits, so she’s also interested in sharing them with you!
