Welcome, VSC Facilitators! Thank you for leading classes for our seniors and for being part of the VSC community. Below, you’ll find the resources you need for leading a successful VSC class!
You can save all the files if needed to your device and either print out or keep available for reference.

Get Ready for Your Class: Zoom Background
To make it easy for our members to know who is the VSC Facilitator in class, we ask that you please use the following VSC Zoom Backgrounds. There is a blue and a white option, you are welcome to use either.
To Use: we have preloaded the backgrounds into Zoom. Once you’ve signed in, go to Settings (while in the main screen or while in meeting) and click on Background & Filters and you should see the backgrounds. Choose the one you wish to use. If you don’t see the VSC Backgrounds, please follow the steps below.
To Download: 1) Click on the background(s) of your choice 2) When the image opens in a new tab, right click on the image and click on “Save image as” and choose a place you remember to save it.
To Add to Zoom: 1) Log into your Zoom account that is associated with the VSC. 2) Click on Settings while in the main menu or while in a meeting 3) Click on Background & Filters on the left-side menu 4) Click on the box with a plus inside on the right side of the screen and click on “Add Image”. Find the backgrounds that you saved and click “Open” 5) Follow instructions for “To Use” above to use the backgrounds.
