Her dedication to thorough preparation—reviewing slide decks, anticipating questions, and customizing lessons—ensures every class is an interactive learning experience. She mentioned that not only the members learn new things, but she also learns something new. The whole preparation process encourages her to do the research and learn new knowledge.
Have a Great Time in This Vibrant Community
For Johanna, the VSC is more than just a platform for teaching; it's a community. She is continually impressed by the deep connections and relationships formed among members. Whether it’s someone sharing how they’ve successfully avoided a tech scam or another member recounting how they’ve connected with family using apps introduced during a class, these moments of impact reinforce Johanna’s sense of fulfillment.
Members often describe her teaching style as “chatty and engaging.” She creates an environment where questions are welcomed, and participants feel comfortable sharing their own experiences.
