Join Abby as she delves into the topic of gratitude, which can never be spoken about enough. In this class, you will learn about gratitude, why it’s beneficial to practice, and practical tools and ways to implement it into your daily life!

In this series, join Abby, a social work intern, as she introduces different ways of incorporating wellness practices into our day-to-day lives to hopefully live happier, healthier, more meaningful lives. Some ideas may be familiar, and some new, but all are important, and often, we get too busy to focus on them. These classes will help uplift, educate, and motivate you.

Abby is an MSW candidate attending the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. She is interning at Selfhelp, working in the VSC/enliveo department. She looks forward to discussing wellness and hearing about what strategies you have to keep life meaningful and healthy.
